about
Hannah is an artist and illustrator who currently resides with her husband and two young daughters in a small mountain town nestled in Western North Carolina. Using soft lines and vibrant colors, her gouache landscapes walk the line between dreamy and realistic. Her paintings aim not only to explore the beauty of the natural world, but also to invite viewers to pause, imagine, and wonder; to capture those fleeting moments found in nature, where we pause and recognize how it speaks of God’s great love for us. This invitation is an opportunity for introspection, allowing individuals to connect with themselves and their surroundings on a deeper level.
Growing up, Hannah spent much of her childhood wandering through the deep woods that surrounded her home in the Appalachian mountains. In her adult life, she ventured into the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she began her family and lived for many fulfilling years. As such, most of her landscape paintings are inspired by the profound experiences of getting lost in these two mountain ranges that captured her heart.
